22 oz. bottle. Dark brown in color, thin white head. Aroma is solid, maple sugar, light bourbon, nuts and caramel are all here. I think the flavor falls just short of the aroma.
The flavor is good, again maple, pecans are here. Lacking in the bourbon department but the subtlety is all here. Pretty good imperial brown ale.

Poured from bottle thanks AirforceHops nice maple brown color with a thin tan head. Aromas of maple pecan toffee malt bourbon and sugar. Taste is sweet flavor follows aroma not too shabby. Smells awesome just needs more depth.

22 oz bottle shared at Old Town Pizza and Tap House. Thanks Mike! Clear golden brown with beige head. Aromas of pecans, honey, caramel. Tastes of caramel, honey, molasses. Don’t really get the bourbon. Medium body with a dry finish.

Golden-brown with a medium head. The nose is pecan pie and maple, very rich. On the palate, toasted malts, fair bit of bitterness, a maple butter (not diacetyl) taste, pecan, vanilla...complex but balanced, integrated.

On tap at the Beer Junction, pours a hazy dark caramel brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out loads of maple, treacle, pecan pie, and vanilla. Flavour brings out lots of treacle and maple upfront, followed by bitter toasted pecans, and finishes on bourbon and maple. Has a rather harsh astringency from the pecans on the finish, but it's not terribly detracting. Very good.

22oz bomber pours with a clear mahogany colored body that supports a tan head. The aroma offers up vanilla, maple, malts, graham cracker and a thin bourbon note. The taste delivers some sweet malts and then a blend of vanilla, graham cracker and maple spiciness. To midway a nice smooth bourbon note comes to the surface that’s soft and well integrated. This creates a nice sipping experience perfect for a cold winter night. I may need more of this.

Bottle. Mahogany beer with a tan head. Brown sugar and bourbon aroma with sweet malt. Maple and bourbon flavor with caramel. Medium-plus bodied. Maple and bourbon lingers with sweet malt and light toffee.

On tap at the Beertemple. Black, with a tall off-white head. Tons of maple syrup in the nose, followed by burnt caramel and milk chocolate. Very sweet and full of caramel, maple syrup and milk coffee, as well as some roasty bitterness. A bit watery.

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are rich maple syrup, cake, caramel, roast malt and hops. Sweet finish. Lovely.
