375 ml bottle. Gusher on opening - lost half the bottle. Minus points on relatively new beer as this is a brewer/bottling issue. Pours a dark brown with little head, even though the gusher… Aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins and dry toasted malts. Flavors follow same with possibly some boozy oaky rum. Not worth the experience especially as as other Entropy Series have also gushered.

Medium brown, hazy, thin head. Has a spicy molasses nose, quite fruity, depth of oranges, tangerines, raisins, good complexity here.

Taster. Appearance: brown with a tan head. Aroma: dark fruits, some sweetness, not sure where is rum, cannot detect it. Smells mostly just like a dark Belgian Ale. I was able to find some barrel what it got warmer and stayed for some time. Taste: dark fruits, spices, some roasted malts. Not much of the barrel aging evidence found here. Overall: meh as BA beer, not bad as a Belgian Dark Strong.

Poured from the tap. Near black with light tan head. Lots of Belgian yeast and raisin on the nose with a touch of wood, taste is slightly muted compared to the taste. Okay.

375mL bottle, pours black with a medium tan head. Aroma is full of Belgian yeast, dark spiced, raisins, and a touch of rum barrels. Flavour is spicy and malty, with lots of spicy Belgian yeast, oak (no rum though), clove, and a touch of raisins. Fairly dry, attenuated out quite a lot. I can't say I get the rum, but the oak adds a nice dimension to this.
