Draught (backlog). Yellowish hazy colour with a smnall white foamy head. Aroma is bready malts, some citrus as well as mild yeasty notes. Flavour is floral bitterness, citrus and some slight spices and mild bready notes.

Keg at the brewpub, RBESG ’15 day 3, 22/08/15. Lightly hazed golden orange with a moderate off White covering. Nose is tangy citric peel, pissy tones, tarte melon, straw. Taste comprises lemon rind, yeast esters, vanilla, straw, earthy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. A pretty basic affair but ok.

Tap during RBESG2015, Day 3, Copenhagen - gold yellow coloured pour with a white head. Aroma and taste is fruity and floral grassy hoppy, honey sweetness, grain, citric spices, more floral and herbal notes into a sweet finish.

Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2015 ] @ Lokomotivvaerkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Kølster Lyse Nætter ].Unclear light to medium green yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, fruity, herbs. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, fruity, herbs, grain - wheat - yeast, fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150528]

Fra fad på Kølsters 12 Haner, en ny og annerledes pub i mitt nærområde. Alle deres øl er brygget med økologiske råvarer, og her er det brukt 20% med Dragonmalt. Lys gylden, let uklar og helt uden skum. En let krydretaroma og smag af blomster, lys og fager som en nordisk sommernat. Personlig og elegant. Antydningens edle kunst. Og jeg er nr.2 til å rate denne!
