Bottle. Pours a dark purple with small pinkish head that lasts. The aroma is strong funk, oak, floral, grape. Slick body, oak, funk, grape skin, vinous, dry finish, enjoyed this.

Dark purple, not much head. Has a bit of butyric on the nose, big deep fruit, soft with just a hint of tartness.

Had at Snallygaster. Poured a mostly clear red color with a small white head. Aroma was vinous grapes, woody oak barrel. Flavor was red wine, grape, some herbal notes, funky fruit tartness.

Sampled at Snallygaster 2023. Deep purple with some pink head. Really jammy. Grape and cherry mostly. Reminded me of the wine/beer blends that Bruery has done a few times. Full bodied and just a touch off dry on the end. Really enjoyed this.

Grape and lime. Some peel. Purple pour with decent head. Lots of acid. Very tart finish. Tap at Snally.

On tap at Bottleworks, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small pink head. Aroma is loaded with vibrant red grape skins, red wine barrels, wild bugs, and some oak. Flavour is wonderfully expressive, with huge red wine grapes, red wine barrels, oak, and complex wild yeast. Pungently vinous, dry, oaky, tannic and buggy. This is brilliant. Top-tier American grape wild.
