The Endless series seeks to maximize all the flavors the ingredients have to offer. This liquid dessert was made by combining Montmorency and Morello cherries, Florida honey, and Balaton cherries. It was then aged on Madagascar vanilla beans, a blend of Ceylon and Korintje cinnamons and a special blend of oaks.

Panda, courtesy of SHIG, pours with a deep mahogany colored body and tosses up moderate legging. The aroma offers up sugar stewed cherries and then with a deeper pull there's thin layers of cinnamon and vanilla. The taste delivers rich deep stewed cherry goodness amid a sea of smooth slick honey sweetness. Toward midway a mild cherry fruity tartness emerges and grows into the finish. Another sip reveals faint cinnamon and vanilla banging around softly in the background. This has a pleasing balance of depth, richness and tasty fruity tartness. Solid.

Bottle acquired in the back of the Zymarium parking lot. It was a liability to let us in so close to opening without an official permit. Sat on the shelf for about a year. Shig's cider mead tasting. Had to convince Jamie to stick around for one more before slinking away. We were a little toasty & tired by this point. Dark cherry juice, ruby, some highlights, can't tell if it's clear; still. Dense cherry juice, pithy, sharp, rich honey vanilla nose. Taste is pretty sweet cherry jam, faded/mellow pie spice, vanilla & lemon, light oak, bitter skin, so heavy. Strong tartness down the middle. Very integrated cinnamon, which I think is a good thing. Less distinct honey than some other Zymarium stuff, just runny & sweet. Though it is better then the other endless varieties I've tried which were all too sweet. Lovely.

Bottle thanks to MicroGrog: Poured a thick dark purple with no head. Aroma is spicy, black cherry, cinnamon, spicy, vanilla. Taste cherry, honey, spicy, so flavorful, vanilla, cinnamon, those cherries fight through it.

Mooch tasting, courtesy of the gang
Dark burgundy colour. In the aroma, some of those componds often generate by high octane mead fermentation, then cherries, and a hint of cinnamon. The flavour is absolutely rich, the mouthfeel is dense, it's very sweet; the cherries add some needed, sharp acidity; layers of cinnamon and pastry. Excellent.

Long bottle. Pours very dark brown. Aroma has a lot of sweet cherries and honey; very much like a cherry pie. Flavour has a lot of semi-sweet red cherries and some floral notes. Very enjoyable.

375ml (thx, Josh!) @ Matt's house. Appearance: very dark cherry color. Aroma: cherries and low to moderate spices. Taste: EXTREMELY intense, like an EXPLOSION of cherry with some spice. Overall: extremely good!

375mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany. Aroma is full of treacly cherries, a hint of vanilla, and lightly fermented out honey. Flavour is rich and boozy, with lots of cherry pith, cinnamon galore, some spiciness, and buried honey. Extremely syrupy, treacly. Not the most complex mead despite the syrupiness. A bit brutal but very tasty. Good.

Dark purple. Big cherry aroma, lots of cinnamon. That honey is super assertive and complex on the nose. A gluhwein character. Soft, with a fair bit of tartness. Lots of sweetness as well. Rich. Big character. A bit of sticky honey in the finish. Honestly, straight up big.
