Clear yellow gold. Lots of dungy notes, sharp apple, tannin. Hides the booze well. Decent enough.

Cask @ Flying Horse Hotel, Rochdale. Pale golden and dry tasting. Its apple does linger long in the palate.

BIB/Polycask at Worcester Beer Festival, Friday 7th August. This is 6% now and I have just been involved a a good old debate with the producer, other drinkers and cider bar manager as to whether this is the BBC sweet it’s labelled BBC sweet) or BBC medium, the producer and also a drinker state that this is the medium yet I and the bar manager (totally independently) are arguing that this is actually the medium, I am going as far as to suggest medium-dry.
