A collaboration with our friends from Leeds, Northern Monk. An IPA showcasing Denali hops.

Super Pale, Wheat & Golden Naked Oats make up the grist, whilst the Denali hops bring pineapple, citrus and pine aromatics to meld with the subtle esters from the London Fog yeast.

En fût au Be.Re. Couleur jaune-orangée pâle voilée, mousse blanche laissant une belle dentelle. Arôme de malt, houblon résineux, agrumes, pêche. Goût de malt, houblon fruité, amertume moyenne. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

Keg at the Star and Garter, Bromley. Hazy gold pour ld pour with a white head. Nose of dessert pear, papaya, peach, sweet citrus. Flavours of white pepper, wheat, pineapple, mango, more dessert pear. Very nice.

Keg at the mad Squirrel joint at Albans. A clouded golden yellow coloured pour with a small white head. Aroma is nice semi sweet, pear, some floral, wheat, some zesty lime. Flavour is composed of rounded wheat, spicy citrus, plastic hockey puck, prickly citrus, pear. Palate is rounded, sticky, highish prickly carbonation. Not bad. Lingering juicy fruits, fuzzy peach.

Keg at HL3, Under the bridge, 30/05/19. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is orange squash, citric tinged straw, melon, light pine, sticky tropicana. Taste comprises melon, tangerine, pineapple, light floral tones, grass, pine resin, lemon drop. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with juicy hop bitterness. Decent IPA.

ABV: 7.4%. Murky - muddy matt medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, tropical fruit, fruit huice, dank fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, tropical fruit, fruity hops, fruit juice, dank fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Sampled at BXL 18. Thnx for sharing, everyone. Pours unclear blonde to yellow, small white head. Smell is powdery hops, tropical. Taste is sharp, tropical hops, bitter, creamy, tad powdery. Not bad.

Keg at BCBF 18. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of pineapple, citrus, tropical fruits. Taste of juicy tropical fruit, pineapple, mango, grapefruit, pine, bittersweet. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Great single hop IPA.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow. Small white head. Aroma is grapefruity, citrusy and herbal. Bitter. Sweet and solid hoppy. Solid bitter, herbal, sweet, fruity. Hoppy finish.
