Bottle at home shared with Laura. "Op jou grote neef, het leven is verschrikkelijk oneerlijk. RIP" -- A bit cloudy light orange colored beer, full sized firm white head that diminishes quickly. Aroma and flavor are moderately sourish, floral notes, sweetish notes in the background, hayish a bit, sweetish fruity, soft tart notes. Very smooth mouthfeel and very balanced flavor overall. Very good. Absolutely delicious.

My first bottle from SARA. A real treat. Not as dry as a traditional saison, a gentle tartness, lots of oak. Simple and elegant.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, citrus, oak, yeast. Medium body, lemon zest, oak, wood, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

On tap at the portal on August 18, 2022. Aroma is full of classic SARA funk with notes of lemon, yarrow, floral notes and green grapes. Hints of oak and alcohol. Light grain notes. Pours a hazy, bright, gold color with a large, thick, fluffy, white head that recedes to a small film that lingers. High amount of lacing and small legs. Flavor has a light sweetness and medium light acidity. Medium light bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderate SARA funk with notes of lemon, flowers and green grapes. Hints of oak and white wine. Light grain notes. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid saison. Nice SARA funk with balanced acidity and tartness. Some mineral notes to the water but it still finishes pretty soft. Pretty refreshing on a hot day.
