Pretty clear yellow beer, practically no head. Aroma: nice, very lemony, lots of citrus notes. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: a bit funky, pretty sourish, lemony, bitter, wood notes, a little fruity. Aftertaste: acidic, a little mineral touch, soapy as well.

Bottle shared at "Stop sobbing guys, I'm back" Gent tasting. Clear golden color, small.white head. Aroma is hard to describe to be honest. Flavor is sourish, hayish a bit, light green unripe citrus-ish. Alright but I expected more.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is hop forward and a bit herbal but fairly fruity with passion fruit, melon and lime notes. Light grain notes and hints of alcohol. Light SARA funk with notes of lemon and green grapes. Pours a clear, brilliant, yellow-gold with a small, fairly thin, white head that recedes quickly to the edges where a few bubbles linger. No lacing and faint legs. Flavor has a light sweetness and a hint of acidity with light grain notes. Moderate bitterness and light alcohol notes. Light SARA funk and notes of lemon and under ripe stone fruit. Light herbal hop notes with hints of passion fruit, making and citrus. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium low carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid saison with great hop notes in the aroma. Much lighter hop character in the flavor but that's expected and the underlying saison is nice and shows some of that typical SARA funk. Carbonation is a bit low.
