A rebrew of the second edition of a new rotating hop combo Hazy West Coast Pale Ale. Since the closure of our taproom due to the Pandemic, it has been difficult for us to make different beers all the time for many reasons. This rotating pale ale will allow us to substitute and swap in different hops for each batch giving all y’all a exciting new hop experience each time. This batch features an experimental hop with dank pine aromas only referred to as HBC 630, followed by two of the tangiest hops, Strata and Ekuanot. This beer is a ripe one for sure!

Poured from a 16 oz can dated May 10, 2021. Aroma is hop forward and fruity with berry notes, grapefruit, orange, stone fruit and moderate dank, resin notes. Light cracker malt notes and a hint of alcohol. Pours a hazy, dull, golden straw color with a large, thick, pillowy white head that exhibits good retention as it slowly recedes to a small head that lingers. Moderate lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with light cracker malt notes. Moderately strong bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately strong fruity hop notes of berries, stone fruit, orange, papaya, grapefruit and lighter dank, resin notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid pale ale with a big hop profile. But it's a hop profile I don't love, especially in the aroma.
