Sample at the roost pours a clear gold, ring of white head. Dandelion and white sugar nose, honey. Simple, really leads with honey and flowers. Off dry. Chamomile. I like it... but it's not dry enough and not complex enough and a six pack would likely bore you.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated January 18, 2022. Aroma is grain forward with some medium light adjunct malt notes. Light floral and herbal hop notes. Faint hints of alcohol. Pours a fairly clear, brilliant gold color with a medium large, fairly thick, fluffy, white head that recedes fairly quickly to a small film that lingers on the edges. Light lacing and no legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light grain and adjunct malt notes. Low bitterness and faint alcohol warmth. Light floral and herbal hop notes. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and faint alcohol notes. Overall, a solid lager. Good grain and adjunct malt notes. A bit of sweetness with pretty light bitterness allows for this to be very crushable.
