Mørk rød tåkete med rosa skum. Lukter kirsebær vanilje og krutt. Middels fylde. Smaker røde bær, kirsebær, noe bitter mandelkjerne vanilje og korn. Tørr.

Shared bottle at annual yule beer tasting on board Fridtjofen 07.12.18 and 08.12.18. Hazy red. Diminishing head. Aroma and taste of sour cherries, marzipan, vanilla and almonds.

Fra 0,75 flaske ombord på Fridtjofen, Holmens maritime juleølsmaking 08.12.18: uklar kirsebærrød med kort skum. Sure kirsebær, marsipan, vanilje, mandler. En nokså sur ganerenser med heller kort effekt. Kanskje den hadde passet til ris-ala-mande?

Bottle. Unclear, deep red body with with a thin pink head. Aroma has almond and cherry juice with a little acidic hint. Flavor is Sweet cherry, almond, some sour cherries and ….. well that's basically it. Medium body, cherry aftertaste. Drinkable, quite OK, but a bit plain and one-dimensional.

Draft. A deep red beer with a pink head. The aroma has notes of cherries and a bit of brettanomyces. The flavor is acidic with notes of cherries, over ripe fruits, dusty hops, and brettanomyces, leading to a tart finish.

Tap@Shamrock Inn, Copenhagen - pours scarlet red with a pinkish white head. Aroma and taste is medium sour cherry prominence, cherrystone, light to medium body, cherry tunes, light tart cherry finish.
