Draft. A hazy amber beer wit a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of alcohol and raspberries. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, raspberries, and flowers, leading to a bitter finish.

Draft @ CBC 2015. Pours a slightly hazy orange reddish color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity raspberry hoppy weak yeasty aroma. Fruity malty raspberry hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty raspberry finish with weak yeasty hints.

Draught@CBC2015. Slightly hazy orangeish amber colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is raspberries, some sugary notes, mild tartness and funk as well. Flavour is sweet raspberries, mild sugary notes, some tartness, wood and mild zest as well as some slight lactoacidic notes. Sweetish sour thing.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session I, 01/05/2015. Hazed orange amber with a decent light beige covering. Nose is raspberry jam, straw, citric pith, earthy hops. Taste comprises sweet berry notes, light spice, straw, hoppy pangs, citric peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

Draught @ CBC 2015 [ Yellow Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Alpha State Raspberry Cheesecake IPA ].Hazy matt medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, sweet malt, fruity, raspberry. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and moderate bitter with a long duration, raspberry, sweet malt, sweet fruit - berry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [5/1/15] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. 1st session. Muddy dark orange with pulp. Aroma of raspberries, milk and hops. Sourish-bitterish flavor with raspberries and hops. Medium-bodied.

Draught sample at CBC 2015. Hazy, amber-golden colour with a thin, white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, lactic notes, raspberries, caramel malts. Taste is lightly bitter. Medium body. Finishes dry and bitter with tart fruits. Well made and a funny experiment.

Tap@CBC2015, Yellow Session - pours orange with small white head. Sweet fruity and malty aroma and taste, with some well judged tart raspberry notes throughout, really liked this.

CBC Yellow Session. Keg. Very hazy amber beer, small pale apricot colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry with good fine carbonation. Mildly tart rapberry turning tangy. Piney hops, not that strong. Light dry finish. A decent fruity IPA but perhaps more hops would lift it.
