Keg at Brewers Inc, CPH, 10/11/17. Rich mahogany brown with a decent beige cap. Nose is earthy, dark fruit rinds, light spice, charr, toffee, aniseed. Taste comprises brown bread, spice, earthy fruits, fruit loaf, dates, herbal notes, biscuit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok for the style.

Draft. A brown beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, bread, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, chocolate, and bread, leading to a bitter finish.

From tap. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is overripe fruity. Toasted malty. Sweet and toasted malty. Light fruity and toasted finish.

Jeg går planken (igjen!) på Brewers Inc, København nov-17: brunlig rav med ok skum. Karamellkjeks, lys sjokolade og kaffe, pluss en lett krydret humleprofil. En god winter warmer med hint av nøtter i ettersmaken. Fin munnfølelse og lett å helle innpå.
