Keg at the source. A translucent yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting white fluff.. Aroma is soft wheat, lemon, straw, lime zest, doughy wheat. Flavour is composed of dry spicy citrus, little vanilla, doughy wheat, lime zest, crisp. Palate is dry crisp, little thin, highish carbonation, little chalk.

Keg at the Brewery tap, 08/12/18. Hazed light golden yellow with a decent white cap that dissipates edgeward. Nose is lemon rind, airy malts, tangy melon, citric tinged straw. Taste comprises lemon and lime juice, light herb, toasted grains, straw, sharp citric peel, faint white peppery spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with sorachi laden hop bitterness. Decent enough sorachi affair.

26/10/2018 - draught tasting glass @Ermitage taproom. Hazy light yellow, nice creamy white head. Nose is grassy, fresh hops, citrus. Taste is citrus, bit bitterness, refreshing.

Draft @ ML Fontainas. Here we are again, adding every new hop variant --- meh . Dorée paille, col blanc épais. Arôme reste généreux au niveau des houblons - belles notes d'agrumes - herbacé modéré en rétro rappelant un effet Casacde plus. Palais est léger en grains avec côté pils et froment. Houblonné dank agrumes et léger caractère tropical - le palais est léger accentué par un effet grains qui supplémente un peu le houblon. Ce dernier revient à la charge avec un côté herbacé voire légèrement pin. Amertume est plaisante et plus mise en avant par le caractère léger de la base malt.

Thx! Sampled draft @ brewery. Paler citrus, uneven disappearing soapy white head. Nose is dank white grape rustic citrus hop. Fizzy, crisp, almost DLS profile lively with rustic white grape, crisp raw citrus, raw grass finish, lots of hop, lively, very nice.

Tap at the brewery. Hazy pale golden with white head. Lots of sweaty hops, lychee, light toasty notes, onion, dank lime peel, grassy, light dry malts. Light sweet and almost medium bitter. Under medium bodied with a bit dry feel. Nice hops.

Draft at L’Ermitage, Brussels. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of grassy hops, green weeds and soft citrus. Flavour is lightly moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Light bodied with soft carbonation.
