Draft. A black beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, roasted malt, and coffee. The flavor is acidic with notes of roasted malt, coffee, and alcohol, leading to a tart finish.

Draft @ CBC 2015. Pours a dark brown black color with a small tan head. Has a fruity sour woody aroma with hints of caramel. Fruity sour tart caramel woody flavor. Has a fruity malty sour tart caramel finish.

Nice slightly bubbly mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish, dark fruits, sugar, sweet licorice, grass, bark, caramel, berry skin, sorrel. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish, sour grass, minerals, dark fruits, berry skin, grain, hay, bark, paper. Medium bitterness, watery sour-ish mouthfeel. Boring.

Draught@CBC2015. Deep reddish brown colour, small brown head. aroma is fruity, some toffee, mild sour wooden notes as well as citrus and some yeast. Flavour is fruity, some mild funky notes as well as mild lactic notes with little sourness to it.

Tap@CBC 2015, Green Session - pours amber with beige head. Sour fruity aroma and taste, acidic, grapes, light vinegar, berry fruits, funky, light floral, tart on the palate, dry tart finish. So so.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 4, 02/05/2015. Mahogany brown topped with a moderate beige swirl and edgework. Nose is toffee, wood, nutty, dark fruit tang. Taste comprises dates, soured red berry, fruit candy, toffee, funk, light wood must. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tarte fruit rinse. Decent enough sour red.
