CBC Yellow Session. Keg. Lightly hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and crisp. Medicinal sourness, mild. Vibrant crystallised fruits. Touch of dry floralness. Light, dry crisp finish. Interesting and bright.

Draught sample at CBC 2015. Slightly hazy golden colour with an off-white head. Fruity aroma with perfumed notes, yeasts and floral hops. Taste is light sour. Medium body. Finishes dry and fruity with barrel and citrus. Lovely Sour.

From tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Yellow session. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is light fruity - pineapple, funky bretty, barnyard notes, wood, light wineous. Taste is sweet light bitter and acidic. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Gold with a white head that flashes away to nothing. First glass is quite clear. Aroma of damp hay, apples, oak. Feijoas are there but don’t stick out too much and the sweet guavaish side of them is pretty restrained. Sourer and less funky than suggested by the aroma, with some bright fruit and hay. Astringent finish with a fair bit of oak, some spices. Alcohol is really hidden. Lots going on. Fine beer.

Bottle at the Charlottesville Tasting shared by nate2g, thanks! Clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of big tropical perfumey fruit, funk, floral notes. Tastes of tropical fruit, lemon lime, tart notes. Medium-light body with a dry finish.
