Lambic with a kind of Sea Buckthorn, that growns in the mountains. ( It appears there isn't a real translation for it )

Mycket mycket gott.

375 ml bottle at Moeder Lambic Original, during Zwanze 2018 weekend. Almost clear orange color with off white head. Yeasty and light malty aroma, funky, barnyard notes, fruity, sweet and tart fruity, stone fruits, berries, light cheesy, herbal, bread. Sweet and light acidic taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

37.5cl @ Cantillon, for a nice 12€ - no insane vintage gimmick whale hunter BS here - Vintage 2018.

375ml unlabelled bottle, at the brewery. Dark straw colour. Soft haze. Lasting foam of white. Nose has a salinity to it, alongside a woody, herbal character. A little urine. Some sour berry. Taste has a light sweetness, surprisingly, but is mostly dry and slightly saline. Dry mouthfeel, with moderate acidity. Crisp fizz. Dry and saline in the finish.

Bottle shared in Cantillon. Pours bright gold, effervescent, with a frothy, white head. Quite dry and woody, some aged lemon peel, musty grass. Medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Dry finish, some citric bite, more dying pale wood. A little salty in the aftertaste. Fun stuff.

375ml bottle at Cantillon. Hazy golden color with a fine head. Woody, citrusy nose, with some berry-like fruit (no idea what sea buckthorn actually tastes like personally). Very sour and dry flavor, sharp and acidic. Soft, silky body. Interesting but this is a bit too sour for me, and it seems like the fruit is just adding more sourness, rather than other interesting notes.
