18th August 2022 Can. A medium haze on this orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and has a good fine minerally crispness. Light malts, a light creamy sweetness. The trio of hops bring a crisp pine into brighter than normal Sorachi lemon, a little lemon curd. None of the normal lemon cream and herb. Very mild Sabro, mild ripe pineapple, bare trace of coconut. The mosaic brings a little candy fruits. Light crisp finish brings a mild touch of savoury green hop and some nibbly hop spice. Really not what I was expecting but I like the brighter lemon vibe of this one.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (01/07/2022) - Big Sabro prominence with lots of pineapple, some passionfruit, coconut shavings, grapefruit, soft malty backing, finish is solid hoppy into the close. Lovely.
