Fox in the Box is a fresh and easy drinking New England style IPA. The grain bill is light colored and soft, from Golden Promise pale malt, wheat and oats. Dry hopped with Eclipse, Vic Secret and Citra for fresh aroma and flavors of citrus, pineapple and other sweet, tropical fruits.

8-3-8-5-17 Can, #558, three weeks after canning. Pours cloudy pale yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is tropical hops with unripe berries, litchi, mango and stone fruits, as well as citrusy notes of grapefruit, marmalade and grassy minerals. Creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is dank hops with tropical notes of berries, litchi, passion fruit and stone fruits, as well as citrusy notes of grapefruit and oranges. Nice, lingering citrusy hops with oaty minerals.

0,44 boks fra VP Hillevåg, hjemme: helt uklar skittengul med fint skum som varer. Modne citrusfrukter står i kø sammen med ditto tropiske i en deilig maltkropp. Fin bitterhet i den balanserte avslutningen.
