50cl swing top bottle. A clear dark amber beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of mild reddish grainy malt, hints of caramel. Taste of mild sweet caramalish malt, grainy malt as well, traces of nuts.

Swing top bottle. 5.4%. Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. Hazy, copper colour. Thin, dense, lasting, white head. Aroma is sweet and nutty. Some caramel. Notes of leafy vegetable. Bit of chocolate. Taste is nutty and sweet. Medium body. Soft carbonation. More sweetness on the finish. Tasty beer, but too sweet for me.

[ As Weißenoher Eucharius Märzen ].Clear medium brown amber color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, dusty malt, light grain and hay. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, dusty malt, nutty, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Good food beer ;D [20150321]

Flasche (50 cl) im Biergarten der Klosterbrauerei (als 4. und letztes Bier auf dem 5-Seidla-Steig, 12.4.2015). - Schönes Kupferrot, klar. - Duftet mild aber aromatisch karamelmalzig und leicht fruchtig. - Antrunk angenehm karamelmalzig und nur mild malzsüß. Karamelbonbon, zarte Frucht. Durchschnittlich rezent, eher vollmundig. Auch im Abgang noch malzaromatisch, wenig herb, kaum bitter. - Sehr schöne Malzigkeit mit milder aber noch ausreichender Hopfung.
