Fonefan 110415. Golden-yellow colour with a white head. Flavour is sourness, lemon, malt, fruit, citrus, tropical fruit. OK beer.

Draught @ The Rover. Pours hazy pale golden with a rather big frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick lacing on the glass. Smell is fruity, slightly grassy and tiny earthy with saltines, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, pineapple, mango, passion fruit, yoghurt, freshly cut grass, pine needles, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is sour, tiny salty, heavy fruity and slightly grassy. Mouthfeel is dry, tart, tiny oily, tiny mouth-puckering and medium bodied. Finish is sour and tiny salty with with crackers, saltines, lemon juice, lime juice, grapefruit juice, pineapple, passion fruit, star fruit, lychee, yoghurt, freshly cut grass, pine needles, minerals, rock salt and lemon zest. Another great hoppy sour in this series.

Bottle at home from Beer Merchants. Batch 377. Translucent orange coloured pour with a a big lasting frothy head. Aroma is lovely fruity white peach, grassy, zippy lemon, with a straw earthyness. Little petrol on the nose as well. Flavour is composed of tart citrus, zippy lemon rind, nice grainy straw wheat malts. Uber crisp and drinkable. Palate is light and refreshing highish carbonation, tart with a pinch of acid. Nice lingering wheat grains, fruity peach. Super drinkable.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Siren Calypso Berliner Weisse - Mosaic ].Clear light to medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, wheat, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, passion fruit - calypso flowers, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to light moderate acidic with a average to long duration, tart, fruity, tropical fruit - calypso - passion fruit, citrus, baking yeast notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150411]

Pours clear and clean. Aroma is sour with some hops and pineapple. Nice taste of lemon and pineapple with clean hop profile. Refreshing and easy to drink.

Breewdog Shoreditch. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and crispy. Minerally carbonation. Mild to medium sourness, mildly sharp lemon. Nice balance skunky Mosaic hops, little passion fruit led tropical fruits. Cridp finish with a tangy fruity linger. Nice.
