Spicy and invigorating, Horchata is a traditional Mexican rice milk drink. Using this quintessential recipe for a jumping off point, our Horchata White Milk Stout is flavoured with cinnamon and vanilla along with an added dose of lactose sugar. We’ve also employed a specific mash profile to help impart a rich, creamy mouthfeel. These spices and the protein-heavy mash bill help us attain the look and feel of this refreshing classic drink.

This milk stout poured a cloudy, light yellow colour with a creamy white head. Nice lacing. Scents include cinnamon, vanilla, creamsicle, flowers and perfume. First swig was a thin with a creamy mouthfeel and flavours of vanilla, cinnamon and cream. Finish is sweet with vanilla milkshake flavours lingering.
