Keg draught at the Real Ale Classroom, Leicester city centre. Pale gold, hazy with an uneven ring of white head. Fairly light aroma, getting some white grapefruit, lemon drops, gentle malty notes. Sweetctaste with a touch of balancing bitterness to follow. Subtle. Tiny bits of apricot and vanilla on the finish. Medium body, heavy carbonation. Artfully done even if not the most dazzling of Cloudwater's beers.
