Bottle shared at DS Office 28/03/18. Many thanks!. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is wet socks, light apple, woody yeast, belgian yeast. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, musty funk, tangy apple, green apple stick, woody belgian yeast. Palate is tangy, crisp, frothy carbaontion. Nice.

Bottle split at 36 Levels lost, thanks to scoopey, 28/03/18. Hazed golden with a decent off white head. Nose is sweet candy, apples, straw, dusty tones. Taste comprises Belgian yeast tones, candied fruits, apple pulp, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok cider.

Bottle shared in Columbus - cheers to Scoopey. Pours lightly hazy orange with a small foamy white head. A bit of dough in the nose, yeast, wheat, minimal apples. Medium sweet flavour, fairly dank and dry, some bitter earth, apple peels, orange peel. Meidum bodied with lively carbonation. Dry finish, somewhat funky, a little lemony tang, more yeast, apple skins. Novel.

Bottle big thanks to James, consumed at L6. It pours hazy golden - amber with a thick, foamy white head. The aroma is earth, musty, fragrant, farty, melon, apple, pear, nougat and farmyard. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, tangy, yet rather fruity, melon, vinous, earth, dried fruits, lemon rind and earth with a drying finish. Medium body and high, effervescent carbonation. Big disconnect between aroma and taste. Nice taste though!
