Smooth, juicy and refreshing. That first beer. You've been looking forward to it all day. That’s a Squencher. It's what the Victorians called it.

The taste is dry, some decent bitterness, straw, pithy, grapefruit, melon, citrus peel, papaya, grain, touch of alcohol and some spice with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Decent entry level IPA. Looking forward to see how this recipe evolves.
