Cask at the Falcon (JDW), Wycombe. Gold with a white head. Lemon and grapefruit with a growing floral note that does maybe get a little soapy at times. Tasty if a tad thin.

[Cask at the Back of Beyond (JDW), Reading.] A bright pale amber pour with a dense cream coloured head; grainy aroma with a touch of citrus; sour grainy taste with some lemon and a dry finish with fresh lemon. A dreary golden ale.

Cask at the brewery tap, 17/06/17. Golden orange with a moderate off white covering. Nose is straw, grains, peach, light citric drizzle, bread dough. Taste comprises melon, tangerine, lighf floral notes, pale and bready malts. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close with mellow bitter notes. A whelming golde affair ... yawn!

Cask at the brewery. Pours hazy orange-gold with a wimpy white head. The nose holds buttered white bread. Medium sweet flavour with very basic white bread, bosh its, light bitter hay, bread crust. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Sweet finish, with further simplistic doughy white bread, low bitterness. White basic overall.
