Cask at the Bootlegger, 03/03/17. Clear golden copper with a well appointed off White head. Nose is orange peel, toasted bread, light biscuit crumble, rhubarb, grassy, light floral notes. Taste comprises mellow citric rinds, caramel, straw, melon, cheesecake base. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close with light bitterness. Decent.

Cask gravity at Merton BF 2017. Clear gold colour lasting white head. A little buttery on aroma maybe. A little simple and thin in the mouth. Some condition some peach. OK just.

Cask, gravity at Merton Beer Festival, Oxon, Friday 24th February Pours crystal clear gold, sparkling look, little transparent bubbles dance across the top, looks great. Fruity nose, a hint of butter, but then can’t pick up again, middling bitterness, tasty beer, really dry finish. Only issue is that I am not sure what fruitiness is in this. A6 A5 T6 P3 Ov12 3.2

Cask at the Bell, Waltham St Lawrence. Pale amber with a loose white head; fruity aroma, with some fresh summery strawberry; a pleasantly tangy berry fruit taste, with a light grassy bitterness; then a fruity, biscuit malt finish with a slight sourness. Very good, I hope this hop catches on.
