High Wycombe Walkabout. Heidrun. Cask. Hazy amber beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and dry with decent carbonation. Unsweet toffee streak malts. A little spicy bitterness. Mild ripe fruits. Dry finish. Okay.

Draft at the Heidrun - High Wycombe. Pours mostly clear copper-gold with a creamy, off-white topping. The nose holds grainy malts, earth, old leathery berries. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with more toasty grains, mellow earthy bitterness, leaves. Not bad.

Cask at high Wycombe. A hazed amber orange coloured pour with a a sticky off white head. Aroma is sweet nutty toffee, red berries, honey, brown sugars. Flavour is composed of toasted brown sugars, red berries, honey, . Palate is semi sweet decent cask condition. Good stuff.

Cask at Heidrun, 28/10/16. Amber pour with a decent beige head. Nose is biscuit, toffee, sweet malt, brown bread. Taste is malt forward, caramel, brown bread, biscuit, brown sugar, light vanilla. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close. Decent malt forward bitter.

On tap at the brewery. An attractive reddish amber colour with a loose cream head; biscuity malt aroma; simple malty taste; then a dry finish with a touch of citrus. Another nice but "safe" monthly beer from Rebellion, and no sign of the promised Nelson Sauvin.
