Keg at the brewery. Hazy yellowish - gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, semi sweet. Light herb. Mild floral bitterness. Tangy citrus peel and light lemon, bitterish. Light semi dry finish. Not bad but not picking up any Waimea.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. Ample yeast expression in the aroma, some melon, piss, pithy citrus, lemon rind. Light sweet flavour with more citrus my hops, light rindy bitterness, some wheat bread, melon, pith. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Nicely balanced in the finish, a little dry and minerally, with further rindy bitterness, orange peel, lemon, wheat flakes. Nice saison.

On tap at the brewery Bermondsey. Hazy pale gold lasting white head. Saison yeast aroma. Spicy hoppy finish. A little wild farmyard somewhere. But mostly a controlled well made saison with some spicy peppery hop which is good. Lemon herb pepper. Vague hint of soap. Good
