Sampled on draft this beer poured a cloudy peach color with a medium sized creamy white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was pine and orange. The flavor was tart and sour with orange and salt. Long finish. Medium body

Keg at Siren Sessions and Sours day, 11/07/15. Murked up orange golden with a moderate off White head that dissipates to nothing. Nose is pissy citric rinds, damp straw, tangy orange, light wood. Taste comprises tarte orange peel, damp straw, apple pulp, citric zing, acidicbbite. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent ’Linner.

Keg at the siren sours and sessions fest. Hazed yellow/ straw coloured pour with a fading white head. Aroma is big grainy, orange juice, little stale malts, light sharp. Flavour is composed of sweet orange juice, grainy, wheat, sour, tangy. Little perfume. Palate is crisp grainy and sour, highish carbonation. OK aroma not great.

Keg at Siren. It pours cloudy pale orange with a tiny white head. The nose is soft, sweet orange, earthy, funky, toasty grass, grainy and mild lactic notes. The taste is crisp, tart, great mouth-pucker, orange sherbet, tangy, some acidity, minerals, earthy, funky and wood with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Doesn’t smell of much, but is pretty delicious. Very refreshing stuff.

Keg at Siren. Pours hazy yellow with a slight white foam. Tangy citrus nose, light sweat, lemon, lime. Light sweet flavor with cleansing acidity, good lemony tartness, wheat, salt. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Clean and tart on the finish, lots of lemon bite, kisses of salt, sweat. Great stuff.
