Gravity cask at Craft 100 spring 2015 - London. Pours clear gold with a creamy white head. The nose holds rindy citrus and pale bread. Light sweet flavor with faint plastic, hay, grain. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly sweet to finish with some bitter grain husk, lemon rind. So so.

Cask gravity at Craft 100 Clapham, Good Friday 3rd April 2015 Light pale lemony colour with a white rim. Furry across the roof of the mouth, dry edge, grapefruit and lemon showing, it’s a might fine beer, but without ever wowing me. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Cask at Craft 100. It pours clear golden with a small white head. The nose is sweet, bitter-sweet, soft, juicy tropical fruits, peach and apricot. The taste is soft, big deal of bitterness, straw, grassy, pithy citrus, grapefruit and a touch of pepper with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty solid gear.
