Cask at Craft 100, CBC Clapham, 02/04/15. Hazed orange golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is mango, spice, mineral notes, orange pith, juicy citric wash. Taste comprises mango pulp, orange, tangerine, straw, apricot. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with light hop bitterness. Ok stuff.

Draft at Craft 100 April 2015 - London. Pours hazy pale yellow with a thick, foamy white head. The nose holds mild plastic, smoke and chlorine; seem to be some definite phenolic off-notes here. Light sweet flavor with some pleasant fruity notes, pale bread, hay - maybe some mango if you really try to look for it. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Reasonably clean to finish with thankfully fewer phenols, some bitter hay, pale bread, lemon rind, peach. A little rough at the edges. Can’t say this experiment was a complete success.

Cask at Craft 100. It pours hazy golden with a small white head. The nose is soft, juicy, mango, apricot, tinned fruits, straw and light floral. The taste is soft, mango, mild bitterness, straw, grainy, floral, citrus rind and tinned fruits with a short finish. Light-medium body and fine carbonation. A bit weak all-round. Ok at best.

Craft #100 fest at Clapham. Cask. Light haze on this pale gold beer, tidy white head. Airy palate. Floralness, modestly bitter. Some apple. Mango? Not so much.
