Cask at the cock tavern. As English light ale choice English hops. Pale golden / straw coloured pour with a thin white head. Aroma is nice hay, herbal and hedgerow berry hop. Flavour is clean and semi crisp base grains, little hay, straw, berry hop, faint citrus. Palate is light, some grain tanin, crisp, moderate carbonation. Goes down pretty easy.
