Cask at Cock HQ, 19/12/14. Clear golden with a decent off white covering that dissipates then retains. Nose is candied fruits, melon, tangerine, pine tingle, lemon rind, straw. Taste comprises juicy hop licks, nectarine, lemon rind, grassy vibes, orang pith. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close dosed with light hop bitterness and a trace of pine. Decent hoppy cask affair.

Cask at the cock. Aroma is sweet jammy fruit, light pine, light caramel sweet. Clear pale golden coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Bit of strawberry Berry on the nose as well. Flavour is biscuity malts, light caramel, jammy berry fruit hop. Jam tart. Palate is quite sweet medium body with nice cask condition. Decent beer, maybe a little too much caramel.

Keg at the Cock Tavern - Hackney, London. Pours clear gold with a creamy white head. Light bready malts in the nose, some orange. Light to medium sweet flavor with rindy citrus, grapefruit and melon. Meidum bodied with fine to average carbonation. Moderately sticky and resinous on the finish with more orange rind bitterness. Good.

Cock Tavern. Keg. Almost clear gold beer with a small white head. Palate is slightly soft with good fine carbonation. Light creamy malt, slightly thin. Fresh orange hops with a little peel and pith. Lighter lemon and tropical fruits. Whisper of sherbet. Finishes semi dry with a whisper of hop skunk. Great stuff.
