Bottle split at Mother Arch during my 40th, thanks to Leighton, 11/10/14. Hazed orange golden with a decent beige covering. Nose is floral hop, bitter orange, spice, bread dough, caramel tunes. Taste comprises citric peel, floral notes, grapefruit, spice, citric tang. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a hoppt rinse. Ok IPA - not enough hops for my liking and the citricana isn’t quite juicy enough.

Bottle shared during Colin’s bday. From Beerritz. Pours lightly hazed dark gold with a frothy white head. The nose holds juicy, ripening citrus, some melon and mango. Medium sweet flavor with moderate bready malts, some melon, orange, a bit of brown sugar, mild earthy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly warming and resinous to finish with slight minerality, further ripe citrus, grapefruit, orange, some tropical fruts. Solid. Very drinkable.

Bottle big thanks to Leighton. It pours lightly hazy golden amber with a decent yellow-white head. The nose is juicy fruit cocktail, five alive fruit juice, sherbet, candy and apple. The taste is crisp, bitter, piney, leather, resin, light spice, brown bread, grapefruit, lemon and pepper with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. All comes together rather well.

Hazy deep amber beer, decent pale cream colour head. Smooth softish palate, very fine carbonation. Smooth malts bring mild sweetness. Whisper of caramel. Hops are a mild citrus and the promised apple and pear notes from the Calypso hops. Light finish. Nicely joined up/ Good stuff.

Bootle bought at Beer Emporium, Bristol. Deep and slightly hazy amber, with a contrasting, tight, white head. Aroma of tangerines, husky malts and some grassy hops. Flavour had plenty more citrus fruit, a hint of red berries, sold and earthy mlats and a touch of pine, before a dryish finish. Another great beer from W&T.
