Cask at Craft 100 - CBC Clapham, London. Pours clearish dark brown with a creamy, tan head. The nose holds toasted cocoa, leathery fruits and earth. Medium sweet flavor with notes of milk chocolate, burnt cereal, mild bitterness. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation; great condition. Nicely balanced to finish with further milk chocolate, toasted cereal and grain, bread. Good stuff.

Craft 100 at Craft Clapham. Keg. Almost opaque dark brown beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth with fine carbonation. Tangy dark malts and tangy dark fruits. Whisper of dark chocolate. Not getting much coconut. Light semi dry finish. Drinkable.

Gravity dispense at Craft 100, CBC Clapham, 18/09/14. Dark mahogany brown with a moderate tan covering. Nose is light roast, coconut shavings, cocoa powder, toffee. Taste comprises roasted tones, sweet licks, faint bounty bar - not as coconut as the nose, toffee fudge, hint of coffee. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, smei drying close. Ok.

Cask at Craft 100. It pours near black with a decent beige head. The nose is soft, roasty, umami, toasty, seaweed, coconut and coffee cake. The taste is bitter, roasty, coffee, earth, mild acidity, charred wood, not much coconut...Light spice and dirt with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not as much coconut as I had hoped.
