Cask at the People’s Park Tavern. Pours perfecry clear gold with a foamy white head. Nice cereal and biscuit aroma, faint straw. Medium sweet flavor with simple pale bread, more cereal, sugar, minimal bitterness. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sugary pale bread finish with more basic cereal. Quite tasty and fairly impressive for a cask lager, but needs some bitterness for balance.
