Cock Tavern. Cask. Light haze on this paleish gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and has moderate fine carbonation. Light smooth malts, semi dry, Light sweet floral hops with a little orange and orange pith. Very mild bitterness. Light semi dry finish with floral sweetness lingering on. Easy going and drinkable but I was suprised not to spot an Sorachi as normally always punches through.

Cask at the Cock, 01/09/14. Clear golden with moderate off white spotting and edgework. Nose is soft bread dough, melon, tangerine, straw, light floral notes. Taste comprises a touch of pine, oeange pith, hint of red berry fruits, earthy hops, straw, tangerine. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, light hop bitterness in the close. Ok cask SIPA but not the best in the series for me.

Cask at the Cock Tavern - London. Pours a very pale, clear yellow with a light cream head. Lovely nose with notes of lemon, dry pale malt, tangerine and hay. Light sweet flavor with vibrant, juicy citrus fruits, minimal bitterness, light biscuits, straw. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Well balanced on the finish with further notes of lemon, mellow grapefruit, slight bitter straw. Solid.
