Tap East Collaboration Fest. Cask. Hazy gold beer, residual white head. Palate is light and semi dry, mild fine carbonation. Light sweet malts, Savoury yeast. A little tinned peach and tinned mango fruits, Light dry finish with a savoury bitterness. Not bad.

Cask at Tap East during their open brewhouse event, 22/08/14. Hazed pale golden with a decent white covering. Nose carries Belgian yeast notes, juicy hop rinse, straw, light mango, citric peel. Taste comprises more Belgian yeast esters, mandarin, bitter orange, tangy tropicana lacing, candied fruit peels. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough Belgo inspired offering.

Cask at the Tap East Open Brewhouse Fest 2014 - London. Pours hazy yellow-gold with a creamy white head. Lacing. Lovely aroma, lots of grapefruit, soft Belgian yeast, pale bread, melon. Light to medium sweet with more lovely grapefruit, light bitter pith, straw, dough, light farmhouse funk, juicy lemon and tangerine. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Well balanced finish, though rich with juicy citrus, lots more grapefruit, lemon and tangerine, light bitter rind and straw, some sweet pe bread, more restrained funk. Exceptional. I am quite impressed with this one.
