Cask at the Cock Tavern - Hackney, London. Pours clear, red-gold with a moderate foam cap. Very decent stuff overall, some nice ripe citrus notes, a bit of orange, mild pine, modest sweetness of lightly toasted malts. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. More toasty bread to finish with further ripe citrus fruitiness. Very drinkable. Good one.

Nose is earthy hops, grass, bitter orange, light chalky mineral notes. Taste comprises caramel, orange pith, mineral bite, sweet red grapefruit. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, light bitter notes in the finale. Solid amber affair.
