Draft at Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2013 - London. Pours clear gold with a bubbly, off-white head. Ripening citrus on the nose, some tangerine in particular. Light-medium sweet flavor with citrus rind and grassy bitterness. Light in body with fine carbonation. Bitter grass to finish with subtle pale malt sweetness. Fair.

Cask at Pigs Ear ’13, 03/12/13. Lightly hazed golden amber with a moderate off white head. Nose is earthy hops, citric pithydom, chalky minerals, straw, touch of mango. Taste comprises earthy hoppage, orange pith, mango, light grapefruit, hint of pine, mineral bite. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry grassy bitterness in the finale. Nice cask IPA - very drinkable.
