Keg at the Cock Tavern - Hackney, London. Pours hazy gold with a light, white cream head. The nose holds moderate jammy citrus, pine needles. Medium sweet flavor, lightly boozy, with orange, peach, general pithy citrus, melon, pine. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Heavy resins to finish, lots of jammy citrus, light piss. Pretty decent.

Keg at Cock Tavern. It pours hazy amber with a medium white head. The nose is oily, dough, resin, toast, orange citrus and barnyard. The taste is bitter-sweet, pine, resin, oily, grapefruit, tangerine, orange, wood, marmalade and citrus rind with a bitter, oily mouth-feel. Medium-full, fine carbonation and oily mouth-feel. Tasty.

21st August 2013Cock Tavern. Keg. Cloudy amber beer with a small cream coloured head. Palate is smooth and soft and slightly dry. Superfine carbonation. Good rich ripe orange hops, spicy. Whisper of Nelson grape. Lemony tang and a little grapefruit. Finishes smooth with a good tangy - bitter linger. The abv is well hidden. A rich and tasy treat.
