Bottle# 258/540 shared by Kenny. It pours deep ruby with a small beige head. The nose sweet cherry/cherry drops, faint tanginess, candyfloss, sweet caramel, vanilla and toasted coconut. The taste is wood, earthy, tangy berry, fairly high acidity, caramel, wood, sherbet, acetic, mild astringency, mould and sour green apple with a dry, wood finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. A bit hot really and the acidity creeps up on you. Ok at best.

Craft Clerkenwell Tasting. Hazy deep amber - red beer. Good pale cream coloured head. Palate is light, softish and semi dry. Pleasant light oak, whisper of vanilla. Rich cherry liqueur with mellow sourness. Finishes light and semi dry with a touch of bitterness. Nice, kept coming back to this until I finished it.

Bottle shared at CBC Clerkenwell - many thanks to Kenneth; where he gets this stuff the world may never know! Pours clear, dark amber-red with a creamy, off-white head. The aroma carries lots of leathery fruits, booze, some suggestions of tangy fruits. Light to medium sweet flavor with dry oaky wood notes, moderate tannic bite, dried cherries, some alcohol, leather. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Fairly warming to finish with more leathery fruits, mild tanginess, dark fruits, more woody dryness. Nice.
