Euston Tap. Light haze on this gold beer, little white head. Palate starts soft but turns crispy with lots of minerally carbonation. Creamy malt, semi sweet and quite dry. Sweet ester, vaguely bubblegum. Also a little candy fruits. Minerally finish. Not bad!

Tap at the Euston Tap, 12/06/13. Lightly hazed golden with a thin off white head that thins to a film then retains. Nose is orange, Belgian yeast, light caramel, dark fruits, touch of spice. Taste comprises orange pith, lemon rind, yeast esters, bready malts, straw, a good caramel vein running through the centre, hint of spice. Medium bodied, light spritz in the caronation that benefits this beer keeping it very drinkable. Decent enough take on a Belgian.

Keg at Euston Tap; clear gold pour with creamy white head, yeast and spice aroma, bready malt taste with a hint of Belgian yeast action, some citrussy hop notes.

Keg at the euston tap. Clear golden colour creamy white head. Grainy nutty aroma, subtle Belgian yeast esters. Bit of a leffe clone but crisper dryer and a bit more drinkable. Ecapourates of tthe tongue to leave a tinny sensation. Some floral esters in the finish.

Keg at the Euston Tap - London. Pours clear gold with a fine, creamy white head. Sweet bready malt nose, some yeasty dough, ripe banana. Medium sweet flavor with lightly bruised banana, some lightly toasted dough, yeast, other ripe fruits, hints of caramel. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish with faintly sticky and lightly toasted sugars, dry caramel, mild spices, further bruised banana, general bready malts. A nicely nuanced Belgian ale. Good balance, good depth.
