Flavor swoops in (cue EAGLE SCREAM), grabs you by the face and flies you through the hop rainbow. At the peak of the ride it swoops back to earth and gently drops you back on your bar stool where you are refreshed, excited and ready to ride again. It’s hoppy, bold and American. More bitter than a Cleveland Cavs Fan.

Hops: Summit, Columbus, Centennial, Amarillo
Malts: Pils, C-40, C-60, Wheat
Yeast: American Ale

Canned. Didn’t quite see the pour. Hits hops up front and then a dry finish. Pretty drinkable

On tap at the brewery pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is earthy hops some spice and grapefruit citrus. Taste is more of the nice citrus dank hops and some bitterness.

Dullish gold, thin head, medium bitterness. Not sold on the hop character. Malts are a touch sticky, which would work with the right hop but not sure this is it.

Found a 12 oz can at a Total Wine in Austin earlier this month. The pour will be into an ABGB snifter, fittingly. The appearance is a mostly clear, gold body followed by a large head of almost white foam that settles to a consistent level. A traditional IPA scent, I get a nice hoppy beginning finished by citrus, straw and white bread. I lift the glass for a drink and say, well, this is okay. Cedar pine strongly, lemon, grain, grapefruit, malt, paper and a small but nice toffee sweetness. There's plenty of hops bitterness to go with it all. I had a surprisingly good IPA a couple of days ago, I think this one is better.

Can. Clear amber with a white head that settle to a cm. Meek aroma of orange and caramel. Medium bodied w some resin towards the end. Sweetish breadcrust with some peach and grapefruit, then plenty of pine and solid bitterness. OK

Can at restaurant in Austin, Texas, 17th February 2020. There’s a fair bit of grapefruit, pretty bitter, pithy, it’s a good one actually, simple but pleasing

Salty Sow, Austin: pours orange with a white head. Aroma is grapefruit and citrus. Standard bitter IPA. Solid in all respects.

Can thanks to darbeer75. Pours clear deep gold with a white, foamy head. Aroma is pine, caramel, lightly fruity. Taste is crisply bitter, turning still more bitter almost acrid at the finish. Body is medium with a moderate carbonation. Lightly warming. Not bad but I prefer my IPAs more bittersweet than bitter and with a little more malt to the balance.

Tap at Whip in, Austin. Slightly hazy orange-golden color, small white head. Sweetish tropical fruity and piney nose. Light to medium-bodied. Citrus, malts, pine, tropical fruits. Nice "standard" ipa.
