500 ml bottle, will soon be available at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 8%. Brewed with apple juice of (among others) the Aroma apple variety, and apple flower honey. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, large to moderate white head. Strong and enticing aroma of apples, herbal hops, flowers and honey. Medium sweet flavour, notes of apple juice, honey and herbs, hints of alcohol. The finish is drier, but the bittering hops are moderate. An interesting and unusual beer.

Draught at KØ14. Sweet and mildly yeasty aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is sweet and slightly spicy with a good chewy mouthfeel. Low to medium bitterness.

Bottle, 8%. Cloudy golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is sweetish with a slightly rough bitterness. A little apple core bitterness, tannic, I guess.
