500 ml draft at Rathaus Brauerei, Luzern, Switzerland. Cloudy gold color with a large white head and great retention. Light yeasty aroma. The flavor is yeasty, but not as strong as a Belgian yeast beer. Thick wheaty body. Classic Hefeweizen profile with light fruity esters in the finish. Medium+ body. Medium carbonation. No bitterness. Not my preferred style of beer, but better than most Hefeweizens.
