Voici la 2ième édition de "Le Rouge de mon Amour", cette bière qui a fait fureur sur de nombreux festivals craft par le passé. Notre Pastry Sour en version Impériale à 8% où on a combiné for the first time des fruits rouges avec du grué de cacao et de la vanille. Vous nous l'avez redemandée, alors la voici à nouveau!
First edition was 10% ABV, apparently.

Thick flamingo head over hazy, deep-red beer. Cocos, cacao, red fruit, vanilla, vanilla waffles. Breakfast cereals with dried red fruit, revived in skimmed milk with a serious dash of vanilla. Cinnamon and almonds. Acidthinning and -burn to a certain degree. Not very carbonated, fruitslick. Much better as expect... sorry, feared to be honest. It's definitely not overly pastry, although a bit more restriction on the vanilla would have been nicer, IMHO.

Tap at BPBW 2025. Murky red body, off-white head. Smooth aroma, vanilla, lactosse, red berries, blueberries perhaps. Smooth taste, bit medicinal because of overdone vanilla, lactose perhaps, blueberries... not the tastiest.

Tap at Mon Petit Cafe. Murky ruby. Black currant, cherry vanilla almond. Not sticky, dry, nice and fresh. Yes it is fruit juice, but also yes, I like it.

Tap at Mon Petit, 8% on the board. Cloudy purple red, low pink head. Almond, wild berry mix, medium body, mellow dry, not tannic, pleasant healthy smoothie notes, very drinkable, you don’t feel the strength. Nice

dark ruby colour, huge, dense pinkish-ruby head; aroma and taste of sour cherry, cocoa, vanilla, raspberry and citric-lemony notes; good one
