Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 31A/2A adapted). Bottle 37.5 cl - Batch unknown (BBF 01/10/24). AROMA: medium to medium-high grain aroma with a background alcohol note of the same intensity and medium-low fruity notes (pear drop). APPEARANCE: gold color and translucent. medium-high creamy white head with good retention. lace formation. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium to medium-high grainy flavor, medium-low esters (pear-like) and a background rose-like alcohol presence. medium bitterness with a dry finish. PALATE: medium body with medium carbonation. slight alcohol warmth. OVERALL: it resembles a lot a Belgian blond ale. sake-like character not perceptible.

Bottle. (thanks Jan) A bit hazy light yellow with a white head. Mild with light citrus, rice, malt and hints of grain. Quite special but ok.

A lihgt yellow beer, a head is big and blond. Aroma has fruitness of citrus, some grain and rice. Taste has fruitness, some weird notes, propably from rice, also bitterness. Medium bodied. Interesting and pretty succesful, weird beer.
